Application Method
You may submit your requests, within the scope of your rights stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the " Law "), to Nehir Mutfak Eşyaları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (the " Company "), acting as the data controller, using one of the methods described below, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller (the " Application Communiqué "). This application form has been prepared solely to facilitate and expedite your request. Other applications, provided that they comply with the procedures and principles set forth in the Application Communiqué, will also be evaluated and responded to by the Company in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The Company has the obligation to determine whether the data subject making the application is the true beneficiary. In this context, the Company reserves the right to request any and all confirmatory information and documents to verify your identity. If you submit a photocopy of your ID to the Company for identity verification, please ensure that the document does not include any sensitive personal data (such as blood type and religion).

Please ensure that the information and documents submitted to the Company within the scope of your application do not include any special personal data (e.g. health information, religious information, political opinion information) listed in limited numbers in Article 6 of the Law.
Application Finalization and Notification Method
Depending on the nature of your application, your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, from the date it is received by the Company. If additional costs arise in connection with the processing of your request, you may be charged the fees set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
