Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Terms

You can cancel your order until the product(s) you ordered are delivered to the shipping company by our company. If you cancel your order within this period, all payments collected, including the amount you paid and any delivery costs, will be refunded to you in accordance with the payment method used for purchase, within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date of notification of the cancellation request to our company. You can cancel your order until the product(s) you ordered are delivered to the shipping company.

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

General return conditions are as follows:

  1. Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
  2. Returns of products whose original packaging/box has been damaged (e.g., products with shipping labels attached to the original box and taped with shipping tape are unacceptable), rendering them unsaleable and preventing them from being sold to another customer, will not be accepted.
  3. If the invoice for the product you wish to return is a corporate invoice, you must include a return invoice issued by the company when returning the product. The return invoice should be issued excluding shipping costs (in the format of product unit price + VAT).
  4. Order returns for invoices issued to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.

For exchanges and returns of products that are broken, scratched, or missing parts upon unpacking:

  1. You must return the product(s) you purchased directly to www.nehir.com.tr in their original packaging and with all accessories. Otherwise, exchanges or refunds will not be possible.
  2. To process returns and exchanges to www.nehir.com.tr, you must complete the steps outlined above. If your return request is accepted, you will receive a tracking number from us. You can then send the product back to us using this number. For new products found to be defective upon unpacking, there are three options: repair, exchange, or refund. Therefore, you must include a note clearly stating your request when sending the product(s).
  3. The exchange processing time for products received by us varies depending on product stock availability, the return processing time depends on the inspection by Nehir's authorized team, and the repair processing time depends on the repair time of your products.
